the food was fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly and affable. there were big & huge rooms with bathtubs, 2 double beds plus working air conditioning. the service was terrific and the pool was great. hotel's location was particularly good, near shore. places like royal william yard were a 10-15 minute walking distance from from here too.

pleasant getaway with room for improvement
The entertainment team offered engaging activities, we were never bored . The beach access created great opportunities for relaxation, while the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel added to the enjoyment. I particularly loved borrowing bikes to explore nearby attractions, which deeply enriched my experience. The sea view from my room was amazing.
The dining options could use more variety.

The personnel was superbly friendly and amicable. Our room was a nice size and new-fashioned and had air conditioning and a TV set. It was overlooking garden.

Had GREAT stay on vacation and the weather was beautiful. A great selection of food for breakfast, it was nice. The pool was nice and I had good drinks in the snack bar. Took the advantage of the parking on-site. The location was favourable - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go.

I really enjoyed my stay at this clean and welcoming place. the staff were incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. Its convenient location near Telchac Puerto is a definite plus, and it's just a short and pleasant stroll to Lakeport Fish & Chips for some quick dining. Getting around was easy, with taxis available at reasonable prices.

The vibrant local culture and beautiful beach access. Kayaking and exploring nearby attractions filled our days with adventure. While the dining options were a bit limited, the overall experience was enjoyable thanks to the stunning views from our King Room and the accommodating staff. Can't wait to return!

The room was modern and spacious, featuring two double beds, bathtubs, and air conditioning. The location was both comfortable and marvelous, and the staff were quite helpful. the hotel is situated in a beautiful beach area, conveniently close to bridges over pools as well as Mexico.
